Welcome to Year 3

Please look under Summer 1 at the bottom of this page to see what we have been learning this half term.

 

 

General notices are below.

 

PE kits are needed every Thursday. Please can you make sure your child has their kit (t-shirt, black shorts and trainers) in school and named.  Thank you.

Reading books are needed in school daily and will come home every night. The children can change their books every Monday and Thursday.

Spellings will be sent home every Monday and tested every Friday. We will also add the spellings on our webpage, just in case your child forgets to bring the sheet home.smiley

Don't forget to spend about 5-10 minutes on Times Table Rockstars as often as possible. The games are now set for the X2, X3, X4, X5, X8 and X10.

We are now SWIMMING! Class 7 swim on a Monday morning and Class 8 on a Tuesday afternoon, this will change after a few weeks, parents have all received an email informing them of the dates. They need to bring a towel, swimming costume/trunks, school will provide with a swimming cap. Don't forget we are walking to the pool whatever the weather, so please don't forget a coat.
