Good to be Me!

As part of Mental Health Awareness Week we have undertaken a day of activities thinking about ourselves and how we approach the challenges in our lives.Lots of the activities involved creativity - this helps our brain to better support our emotional responses. Doing activities with artistic materias is also an excellent way to relax and think.
