Mental Health Week
Hi everyone! This week is Mental Health Week and the theme is kindness! This is something we try to promote in our school everyday.
We had our Good to Be Me day this year and we all learnt how to look after our mental health! Maybe you can do some yoga or mindful colouring? Kindness is defined by doing something towards yourself and others, motivated by genuine desire to make a positive difference. Kindness and mental health are deeply connected
Throughout these strange times, we have seen lots of kindness on the news. You might have heard of 100 year old Colonel Tom Moore. He has raised over 30 million pounds for the NHS.. How amazing!
We are setting you a kindness challenge! Can you complete an act of kindness everyday? This could be things like:
These are only ideas.. we know how kind and creative you can be.
We would love to hear how you are looking after your mental health or how you are being kind to others.

Hello Year 3!
We hope you are looking after yourselves and everyone at home. We are missing you lots and can't wait to see you all again.
Don't forget there are lots of online games and lessons you can take part in. The maths lessons below are very good. We are hoping you all have lots and lots of points on times table rockstars. Have you been reading? You can read anything at all, school books, home books, online resources...you choose!
Here is a special treat for those children in Year 3 who love this nonsense poem. We've left the last line out as we are sure you can remember it!
