Year 3 Church Nativity

The Year 3 'Mini Map Squad' have been investigating contour maps and Earth's tectonic plates in Geography... obviously by sampling some more food!

Year 3's delicious apple and blackberry crumbles made with fruit from our school garden.

04.05.23 Year 5 visited Northumbria University and worked in the labs to test and extract bacteria and DNA! What a fab day!

Our Reception Christmas celebrations! What a fabulous week full of Christmas magic and sparkle!

Year 3 performed the Christmas Nativity at St John's Church! What a brilliant performance! Great acting and amazing singing! Well done Year 3.

Year 6 had a fabulous time performing their modern Nativity story. Well done Year 6.

Year 5’s carol concert in St. John’s church got us all in the Christmas spirit. Well done everyone.

Year 5 loved the Planetarium session at The Great North Museum today (09.11.22)

Our Westerhope Commonwealth Games was a huge success today and we even managed to avoid the rain! The children had a super competitive spirit and we certainly saw some future Olympians. Well done everyone!

Today Reception classes had a rugby taster session with Mr Outson. They had amazing fun and were fabulous learners! ⭐️⭐️

Sports Week - Year 6 have enjoyed a sunny session of tennis then a chilled afternoon in the hall using the space hoppers and the “Activeall” wall.
