This week we are celebrating Black History Month at Westerhope. Key Stage 1 children are busy learning about significant individuals from around the world. Lower Key Stage 2 have been using David Olusoga’s book Black and British to learn about the history of Black people in Britain. Upper Key Stage 2 are busy learning about the Windrush generation.
