Wow, what a week! The children have created their own individual masterpieces inspired by Henri Rousseau’s - Surpris. In total there are 8 layers and have used a range of medium including, charcoal, watercolour, poster and acrylic paints and have used different artistic skills of sketching, line drawing, collage and mitre joins. They ended the week by creating a big build where the whole year group worked together to recreate on a large scale. The end product was incredible!
