Year 4 have a zoom with Guy Bass!
Thu 20 Jun 2024Year 4 were lucky enough to meet the author Guy Bass from our class reader Stitch Head! He read us some of his new book and some of his own poetry. We enjoyed asking questions to Guy and finding out more about why he wrote Stitch Head.

Year 1 Animal Workshop

Year 1 Commando Joe's

Geography field trip (part 2)
Fri 07 Jun 2024Again, the sun shone down as Class 11 and 14 looked at the coastal features at Cullercoats before walking to Whitley Bay. It was so beautiful. Everyone had a lovely day!

Year 4 Sports Week
Fri 07 Jun 2024Year 4 have had a super sports week even with the rain cancelling our sports day! We were lucky enough to take part in a dance workshop with Natasha who taught us a whole dance routine. Everyone joined in and enjoyed adding their own dance moves!
We also tried golf with Mr Elwood which was brilliant. We learnt how to hold the golf club and realised how tricky it was to hit the golf ball. Well done Year 4.
Let’s cross our fingers for some good weather for our sports day in July.

Geography field trip

Year 5 and 6 have had a wonderful day at the coast looking at coastal features and erosion. They have discussed human and physical geography, walked 4 miles and carried out some brilliant field work. The sun shone for us all day and a great time was had by all.
