  • Family Science - Rocket Mice

    Wow! As it was World Space Week, Mr Bell asked our families to have a go at launching mice into space. We were so impressed with the responses. Watch out for a new family science investigation coming soon!

    The children had a brilliant day for Ada Lovelace Day. The found out about different women in Science and carried out lots of experiments. Well done everyone!

    Thank you so much for supporting our non-uniform day to raise money for a stage. We raised over £300 - which is fantastic!! We will be developing our new stage area very soon. THANK YOU!!

    Well done to Class 12 who delivered a brilliant assembly for us this week. 

     

    They told us all about their Earth and Space learning and they also spooked us out with their Darkmouth persuasive texts.

    Today we used just 3 ingredients to make the most delicious breakfast cookies. Bananas, oats and just a sprinkle of chocolate chips, all mixed together and baked in the oven for 20 minutes. We drizzled a little honey over them after baking. Delicious!

    We have had a brilliant last morning doing archery, zip wire, trapeze, sensory trail, rifle shooting and learning how to be a survivor. Year 6 have simply been amazing and we are SO proud of them all.
