  • A magical walk to the post box to send a very important letter!

Wed 07 Dec 2022 Reception team

We certainly embraced the spirit of Christmas in Reception! Our wonderful Reception learners went on a little Christmas stroll to the local post box to post a very important letter to Santa Claus! We even enjoyed a little festive sing song around the post box! Magical times together.

  • Dogs Trust visit

    Mon 05 Dec 2022

We were lucky enough to have a visit from Dogs Trust to teach us about dog safety. Every class will have a visit and learn more about being around dogs so when Chester comes to visit us more, we know how to behave around him!

  • Our Christmas Celebration Assembly

    Fri 02 Dec 2022

We started Christmas with a bang today! In assembly our choir sang for us and it was their first time in front of an audience! They made us feel very Christmassy and we are going to ask them to sing for us all as much as possible.

We decorated the tree and the creative decorations are our best yet and the tree looks fabulous.

We also had three talented and interesting children: one who shared their taekwoon-do achievements; another told us about their role in the Tyne Theatre pantomime and then a superstar shared a special coin sent from the royal palace! What interesting and talented children we have.

This all took place with a skilled Mr Evans playing musical tunes on the piano - what a wonderful way to start a Friday. Thank you everyone!

  • Gymnastics Club

Thu 01 Dec 2022 Miss Hymers

We had lots of fun using the gymnastics frame this week. We learnt new skills and built our confidence and resilience.
