Year 2 Coronation Day

Year 2 have been enjoying the early celebration of the King’s coronation today with dazzling outfits and a pleasant picnic (indoors because of the typical British weather).
Year 5 Northumbria University visit

Year 5 have had a fantastic day culturing and testing bacteria in the lab at Northumbria University. They even got the chance to extract DNA from their samples using some really high-tech equipment. They worked maturely and sensibly all day and were a credit to our school. Well done Year 5!
